Thanks for your comment Jerwin. Resuscitation using a Bag Valve Mask and Oxygen should be 15 litres per minute. If just using a Resuscitation (Pocket Mask) then you may use a minimum of 8 litres per minutes and a maximum of 15 litres per minute.

Yes, just like the Bag Valve mask is pushing air into the lungs, you will need to blow into the mask to push to oxygen into the lungs. As they are not breathing themselves you will need to do this for them.
