Because the same "being", which is not "fellow" to african, also cheat African out of their natural resources all the time because African do not understand their hidden intentions. Our resources pay for their health care, education, food, water, electricity, jobs, and so forth. At the same time we african don't have anything we can claim as ours. So if they can cheat as many of those people as possible, it will make all of us very happy.
