I challenge anyone to fly into Ibadan township and tell Nigerians his or her impression of Ibadan's aerial view. The city's aerial view is a disgrace. The entire Ibadan township remains blighted by the same rusty tin roofs and spruced-up mud brick houses which had existed during Chief Awolowo's premiership.
