Oyster Mushroom Log Cultivation - Mycelium Taking Over Logs After One Year 

In this video I show the progress being made by the oyster mushroom mycelium on my mushroom logs. I inoculated these logs just over a year ago, and I have had a few small flushes of mushrooms, but now it looks like the mycelium is finally beginning to fully colonize the logs.
