Bhindi എന്ന് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് മനസിലായില്ല, ഞാൻ കരുതി വേറെ എന്തോ ആണെന്നാ😁, വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക ആയിരുന്നു അല്ലേ 🤓. ( ഇടയ്ക്ക് ഇടയ്ക്ക് അച്ചുവിന്റെ അമ്മയിലെ ഉർവശി ചേച്ചിയെ ഓർമ വന്നു 😀😀).
Yours is very good ...one which I usually make is just hest oil, splutter mustard seeds , curry leaves and green chillies and then add the cut bhindi and salt and cook until they reduce in size ... if required we can add turmeric before adding bhindi and sliced onions can be spread towards last clsoe to 5 mnts before switching off gas ...it will be very tasty simple as well ...do try out....my recipe is not a bhindi masala but bhindi fry.

You have to add curd and jeerakam to the masala, not water. In the authentic bindhi masala no curry leaves are added, its actually a North Indian recipe. Anyways nice attempt 😻 Also, I have seen you people spend too much on beauty products. Health is as important as beauty. Dont keep the masalas etc in plastic bottles, spend some money and buy glass bottles. Plastic slowly kills, even if they claim its bpa free. Hope you will not take this aa a criticism. Just love you all
