"No More Tears" is the title track of the album and came out in 1991.
The tuning Db Ab Db Gb.
Of course the great Bob Daisley recorded the bass on this album.
This bass track is pretty famous and very important for the track.
It's pretty tricky from time to time but if you are carefull to details and get into the vibe, it's actually very nice to play along.

Old guy here. Including the Black Sabbath days, this is my favorite Ozzy song by far. Why you ask? The Bass line is incredible and you nailed it. 💯

Thanks Wellfire! Yes, I get why you're saying that... It's pretty tricky to undertand how Bob recorded the bass and the way he thought about it. But at the same time, it's such a good and leading bass line.

Hi Freidrich! Yes, it's a Stingray HH by Sterling by Musicman. Musicman being the actual brand, Sterling is their budget alternative. I highly recommand these basses, they feel & sound great and are very affordable!
