Very interesting. Although I have been to Krakow several times on business, I have never visited this terrible place. I have read the book 'Schindler's List' and seen the film but never realised how close the camp was to the city. The Nazi's were really brazen.

Why isn't this a monument? I can see that in some places the grass won't grow. Symbolic.
