Rajdeep has already mentioned who is P Chidambaram if any kid doesn't know who PC is, still I can find many comments who has missed that. The argument that colonial era criminal law is replaced by modern law is unjustified. It is rather unfortunate we call the three Acts as colonial.We cannot change our past. The changes which give more powers to State shall operate against the poor rather than rich.
