Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a "Jane Doe" from Canada who claimed Combs and two other men gang-raped her in 2003. The woman said she was 17 at the time and was flown from Detroit to New York City on a private jet for sex. Combs claims the woman's suit should be dismissed for at least three legal reasons as he denies the allegations. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy outlines Combs' argument and the woman's claims in this episode of Crime Fix - a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
