@@jadekingofficial P Money is and has been Straight GRIME content and dominating the the Grime lane along with JME, D Double E and a few more that I would label and 'put in a box' as GRIME MC. Chip is a versatile artist who can evidently ride any beat and jumps on different genre; which I do enjoy. so I wouldn't say Chip is GRIME, but he is a Good Representation of Grime when he does Jump on 140bpm. Regardless tho, when we are allowed out and into venues I would Love to see P Money VS Chip clash for the culture! All done professionally similar to Arsenal VS Shorty Horror on Don't Flop. As I'm sure, both won't run out of bars, the diss tracks and radio sets would be lit! it will be legendary! Hopefully they would both make lots of money from it too. It's the Grime equivalent of AJ VS Tyson 🥊🎤

@@jadekingofficial I don't think Stormzy will reply with a straight direct diss track, especially judging from Chips Snakes & Ladders sales I don't think he has anything to gain from it that will add to his position of 'international media status'. It also seems like it too personal. Had this conversation with one of my friends that said "Stormzy is Dead, Chip has finished him" and I told him there was a time when alot of people was getting onto Nicki Minaj. She then released 'No Frauds' with Drake & Lil Wayne and sent indirects that even I was unaware of until one of my female friends pointed it out to me bar for bar and showed me Nicki's Instagram post at the time where she wrote "...We don't make Diss Tracks, we make Hit Tracks and Diss You on them" With that being said, I personally think Stormzy is taking the Nicki route as he did reply to Chip on 'I Dunno' which charted top 10 or top 5 and won a GRM Rated award. Along with featuring on Ghetts 'Skeng Man' which hyped up Ghetts Album release and got nuff Radio and Media attention to a wider audience, with what I would also say is a few bars for Chip. Stormzy is definitely playing a good game of The Art of War. I think Stormzy clashed Wiley for the Culture, and I don't personally think Stormzy's status or clout grew, he just defended his throne in similar fashion to a Champions League last 16 tie of 2 legs home & away. Where as Wiley gained a lot more attention and became very relevant again. Wiley is the God Father bout nobody was nonstop streaming The Godfather 3 album or his follow up project Boasty Gang. (Obviously I checked it out cah Imma neek for Grime 🤓) but both are not big charting nor legendary projects; meaning nobody was checking for his music as much as we was buying into him as a media personality. Chip is Great but he not a house hold name. For example my mum knows Wiley (from Wearing My Rolex up to the summer hit BOASTY) and Stormzy (Where do you know me from & Shut Up to anything he Releases wether it's with Ed Sheeran, burner boy etc.) Chip doesn't have that status, and I personally think Stormzy doesn't want to give it to him. Maybe there's politics or Chip is black balled from higher ups in the Industry. But I must say since Chip has come back since his Fire in the booth where he called out Tinie and sent for 6 man on a track, I am fully enjoying his music content he has been bringing out and he deserves all the money and recognition he gets. But in all fairness, other than the song he brought out with Red Rat 'My Girl' (which I'm surprised didn't blow up Internationally as I thought that was a banger!) Chip hasn't made a Mainstream Chart Topping Banger. There's an old interview of N DUBZ and they are asked who do you make music for? Dappy answered "We make music for everyone, people like us, the kids, adults, your mum, even the window cleaner" 🤣 funny as it sounds if you deep it that's the realest of when you know you got a banger across all boards and you have the status. I'm a Fan & supporter of Chip.... ....I also support Arsenal and know that the glory days of our Invincible season are behind us. Chip was the man of his Era at the time. Stormzy is man of this Era. It would be very interesting if they did clash. As they say in UFC & Boxing "Different styles make good match ups" Chips diss tracks for Stormzy have been cold but none have been legendary as the likes of Skepta - Nasty or Busy Malone - Relegation Riddim or Stormzy - Still Disappointed Possibly due to there being no response so there's not as much reply value.
