always nice to know or determine whether its the clock spring or the actual cruise control switch. Obviously one can get at that connector under steering wheel versus removing the steering control module assembly.
Couldn't agree more on the repair manuals. Worth the price, i like to have all the torque specs, wiring, and fluid capacity and type in one place. Have one for all the vehicles. Im interested to see that clock spring swapped, never saw one swapped before.
Good electrical work there. I actually like doing wiring and electrical work on stuff. It's not nearly as mysterious as a lot of people think. Something is either connected and working, or it's not. The goal is finding the fault in the circuit.
Merci pour ta video sa ma permis de reparer mon jk ! Pour ma part c'était la prise du contacteur tournant dans le volant 2 fil coupé 😅 Bonne continuation
2013 Wrangler, cruise control won't turn on sometimes. This sounds silly, but beep the horn when it fails to come on, and the cruise light/operation will come on every time on the fly. I bet that is not in the shop manual.
I’m not sure I’d classify Haynes as a good repair manual as they are all very basic. I mean a real repair manual like a oem dealer edition that covers everything very in-depth
my dad noticed stereo controls, not working, horn neither, I scaned it, and the only dtcs found were related to cruise control, which he never uses, but I guess its all on the same clockspring harness@@BackCountryWrenching
