I remember making this instrumental in 2011 thinking it wasn't gonna go anywhere. It started out as an 8 bar switch. Luckily, AK from Scumfam asked me to make a VIP for his "Sprayout 4", where he wanted a more structured instrumental rather than the original 8 bar switch. I wasn't even going to send it over to Depz at first but I was convinced by Cameraman Sketch to send him some beats. I'm glad I got to collaborate with him.

Its so sad what happened to Depz, but sadly as a culture we have to be honest to ourselves and admit that the grime/urban genre in the UK heavily promotes what happened to this young man. We need to view things like this and reconsider what artists we allow to gain influence over the youth, and start pushing for artists such as Akala, Swiss, Lowkey etc that encourage change in our communities and educate us rather than teach us that life is about money, sex and encourage violence which is already a problem in most urban communities. May God have mercy on this young mans soul.
