My dad bought one and the dashboard didn’t even turn on very disappointed. One screw got stuck because they’re cheap screws because of this we probably won’t be able to turn it in. Truly disappointed.
Turn off the automatic headlights through the APP, and the brightness of the dashboard will always remain bright. Go to setting-Lightening Effect- Auto Headlamp
I was curious about this. Think I have worked it out, but surprised there is no info. The thicker piece goes around the main upright. The thinner one attaches to the power cable. You can then wrap the velcro around the cable and then around the shaft. That way you have a power cable available
Hello! My P65 I just unboxed will not pair properly! Can you please help? I search and see the vehicle within the Segway-Ninebot App, Click to pair, click the power button on machine to accept pair, and then all of the sudden it jumps directly to a screen that says you must update the firmware. One you click ok and then click update it suddenly jumps to the a screen the says firmware is up to date! And then there is a check for update button that will not work. And if you exit out of it it only goes to the pair with machine page to start all over. We've tried pairing with multiple devices and it still isn't working. Please help!!
@@segway what type of screws are needed for the handle extension in the front. Believe it’s 4 screws in total. Not sure what size or what is needed. It’s the thing under the runner caps on the front of the handle bar
