The boys club exits everywhere...in every so called "respectable" institution. I was also a victim of the boys club (I am a man who would not join the boys club). I was a teachers' union rep who fought unfair practices on the part of management and I had to resign or be professionally assassinated by management as retaliation. It's a shame but the NYC Dept. of Education is a boys club intent on destroying anyone who will not play the game.

I've spent more time incarcerated for believing I'm under investigation and being forced injected by investigators stating, "These are to make sure you understand you are not under investigation!" Had Kathleen Kane been black in California she would have served two decades. As an aside convict Kathleen Kane is responsible for a church of satan pedo sting held at Springfield Baptist Church September 2015, where it was enforced you may not arrest or charge and is also responsible for starting this charade where for the past six years I have been illegally surrounded by a constant barrage of police violating my civil rights, constitutional rights, and bill of rights, as well as intentionally inflicting emotional distress where the state is liable for these actions. During this charade there was no violation of the law, no intent to violate the law, I did not violate the law, and after 24 years under investigation as an adult I am not being arrested or charged with any crime. Furthermore, there was no actual policing, as there was no police stop, command, or question, and no arresting or charging me with anything. My only criminal background after 42 years on this planet is going 25mph and being falsely accused of reckless driving by Media Police which was intentional interference run by Media Police under ICAC Delco creator and chief justice Michael Green to prevent me from working in the commercial driving industry, as law enforcement does not want to be held accountable in a lawsuit and are running interference to prevent me from working. Government also called in anonymously to Creighton Law claiming that I was paranoid and had my admissions revoked. This is a racist and corrupt state. I will be filing a $1 lawsuit against Marple Police, CID Delco, PA State Police, and the FBI for defamation of character, unlawful invasion of privacy, emotional distress, an illegal 9 month incarceration, medical malpractice, and for the felonies of conspiracy and entrapment. All civil and punitive damages will be awarded to the Humane Society of the United States and I will request that an FBI accounting forensics team be put in charge of a task force to make sure that the 50,000,001 are accounted for. However, given that this fraudulent investigation has been going on for over two decades and I have not been and am not going to be charged with any crime, and that all damages are going to charity, I can imagine that the judge may increase the punitive damages, as punitive damages are designed to punish and dissuade organizations and entities from engaging in such reckless behavior in the future. Furthermore, punitive damages are evaluated based on the size and financial capabilities of the organizations being punished.
