Having an Ag background and actually going to a sheep farm, I was amazed by this event. I heard about it on NPR and I came straight to RU-vid. BTW, I enjoy watching sheep shearing videos.

Question… Isn’t that wool full of lanolin, since it has not been processed or washed?

Maybe they should have sent a reporter who knew even a single iota about the process. His calling shearing "shaving" is utterly cringeworthy. "What is that brushing process called?" You'd think he would have prepped himself by spending 5 minutes on the internet.
