Exodus:3:13-22 ------------2023------------- Those who, for various reasons, remain doubtful of the veracity of the Scriptures need to experience or see firsthand what the Highest Power is all about. It's been quite a remarkable journey of the Most High with the Children of Israel en route to the Promised Land. It's one that has started with the teenie tiny nation of Israel against the Pharaoh's of ancient Egypt with plagues and wonders of all sorts to crush the arrogance of the Power that be at the time, and to disprove the many lies that have been perpetrated by the devils they were worshipping over there that they believed were the primary source of their power, their prosperity and their dominance across the globe. With the complete extinction of the Pharaoh's army in the Red Sea, and the unprecedented method used by God to do so, is a whole lot more amazing than just a victory. It showcases the dominance of God over nature in ways that defies every expectation, and one thing that all by itself was sufficient enough to prove to everyone that there's someone in control of the whole universe, and that's the God of Israel. To reassure everyone that wasn't a lucky-stroke, God had proceeded to annihilate every other powerful nation before the Children of Israel on the way to the Promised Land. He had reversed the Wall of Jericho without the use of force by anyone, and had ordered the Jordan River to stand like a brick wall to allow the safe passage to every single Israeli, and made it a lasting memory for generations to come by placing twelve rocks in the river symbolizing the twelve tribes of Israel. He did so to tell us all that he's the God of all the earth from generations to generations, and that his power won't change a bit. If these biblical monuments aren't sufficient to push anyone's curiosity to enquire about the existence of the Most High, they're certainly begging for a full display of his power to witness it for themselves. In a world where crimes keep ramping up all over the place, where massive exploitation of those at the bottom of the ladder by the Most Privileged becomes the norms, a place where the rules of law , in many instances, are just a tool to propagate more injustice but not to make life livable to everyone who wants to live peacefully, you can't expect anything less than the intervention of the Most High to get things straightened up. It is ridiculous to listen to some maniacs who are spending billions of dollars to wage unnecessary conflicts claiming they're doing it to help those in difficult situations, while they're using the sons and daughters of the most vulnerable to advance their reckless propaganda. This blatant hypocrisy doesn't end there, it also encompasses a bunch of others who won't hesitate to spend billions lobbying to keep the status quo while at the same time they're claiming they're dedicated to the well-being of their consumers. If a God that exists only in the imagination doesn't exist for some, for God, a God they purport to believe in only in their words, doesn't exist neither. It behooves us all to be in compliance with the will of God as the subsequent words exort us to: But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves. For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror: for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But he that looketh into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and so continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing. If any man thinketh himself to be religious, while he bridleth not his tongue but deceiveth his heart, this mans religion is vain. Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. James:1:22-27
