"I may not be the best... but I'm sure of what I want" - yan talaga yung mahalaga, na alam 👏 mo 👏 yung 👏 gusto 👏 mo 👏 (yan yung natutunan ko dito) Kasi pag alam mo yung gusto mo, na nakatatak sa buong pagkatao mo na gusto mo talaga ma-achieve ang isang bagay, gagawin at gagawin mo ang lahat para makuha yon. *kung nagsi-sitting pretty ka lang/nag da-day dream na mukuha yon, ibig sabihin, hindi mo talaga siya gusto; gusto mo lang yung idea niya. Kasi kung gusto mo talaga, gagawa ka ng "action", hindi yung idle ka lang Iba yung grit ng isang taong alam kung ano yung gusto niya. Above all odds, batuhin mo ng sangkatutak na rejections, hindi mo mapapasuko. May times na down, kinikwestiyon ang sarili/Diyos, pero dahil yun nga, alam niya ang gusto niya... paulit ulit siya mag bo-bounce back. Yun yung goal ko na kailangan ko magawa soonest, na alamin kung ano ba talaga ang gusto ko :) the rest will follow

One thing is for sure that you should never give up on your dreams. If you didn't make it the first time, go home with the rightful assessment on where you missed it. Gather the feedback as necessary that will help you bounce back and come up with a targeted action to address your opportunities. Know where you are and where to start again. Whatever will be will be should just be at the far end of the road because having that mindset at the beginning won't make you motivated and hungry as you should be. Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved. Love your episodes Bianca! Keep it up!

"I may not be the best, but i'm sure of what i want." That summarize it all. Just like me, i really want to give up my dream of becoming a CPA because i didn't make it on my first try, fell short of just 3 pts in 1 subject out of 6 kaya di nakapasa... conditional status... but then i realized, 4 years ko na to pinaghihirapan and this is what i really want ever since. So i may not be the best, but i'm 101% sure that this is what i really want. This is my dream and i should never give up. Timing difference lang yan. halos mapaiyak ako while watching this. I needed this. I was waiting for a specific position for 2 years so I was working without a sweldo talaga. Until now ganun pa rin ang sitwasyon. I cried, got depressed. Tapos seeing my family na naghihirap at tinatanggap lang ang sitwasyon sino ba ako para magreklamo di ba? I get my strength from them and just pushed. trabaho pa rin, malayo ang byahe ko sa work pero pasok pa rin. may times na nawawalan na ko ng pag asa. When I saw this vid it reminded me kung bakit ko ba to ginagawa. Its because I badly need this job. I don't wanna go back to my old job sa private na graveyard shift at hindi na kaya ng katawan ko. I watched this video days ago and I even put these tips in sticky notes on my desktop to remind me everyday. These tips were my motivation because I had the same problem with Miss "Should I Give Up". Been sending my resumes to different companies for a month and there were no response so I was a bit frustrated. After watching this, I realize that maybe I should go back to square one. I got in a job today and honestly it's not really my dream job but I know that it would take me one step closer to my ultimate goal and it the job will really let me get out of my comfort zone which is scary but I think it will also be fulfilling. THIS IS FOR ME! I was 1 year closer to getting my degree in Accountancy, I stopped 4yrs through and graduated Acctg Technology (a baccalaureate degree). I worked at a GOCC but I felt like I needed to get a PRC license. Timing, may nag ooffer ng distant learning system, for Accountancy. We had classes every weekend 8 am to 6 pm for 1 year, so I still continued working, pwede naman. I left my job for my 6-month review only to find out na hindi inak-knowledge ng CHED yung degree namin. We trusted the owner of the "distant learning" coz our instructors in college introduced it to us and the owner is an Accounting Book Author. Gladly my family offered to support my schooling sa regular na na school thinking na makakaya lang na 1 sem and 1 summer kasi konti nlng yung subjects na kulang, kaso kailangan 1 whole school year residency, so ayan, tambay ako sa sem na to, may minor akong kinuha pero projects lang ipapasa kasi arts lang naman. I will graduate this november and hahabol sa review for May's board pero ngayon, parang natatakot ako kasi baka di ko makayanan yung board. Adik diba?, ang layo nang inilaban ko para mag chicken out ngayong legit na na makakapag take ako ng board.
