Pork Igado is traditional recipe for Filipino especially some provinces like Isabela (ilokano) this recipe is one of my favorite dishes ,so I want to share with you ,how to cook about this recipe hope you can enjoy to watch.

Marinate:
1kilo pork kasim -slice into stripes
1/4 kilo pork liver -slice into stripes
1/4 cup soy sauce additional if needed
1tbsp vinegar
1tbsp brown or white sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1pc medium whole onioned crushed
6pcs cloves garlic crushed
note: mix all ingredients into bowl
and rest in few minutes
for Sauted:
Ingredients-
1pc red bell pepper
1pc carrot
1pc onioned chopped
5pcs gloves garlic chopped
1pack Sky flakes crackers or biscuits
2pcs bay leaf
1can green peas or gisantes
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1tbsp fish sauce or salt if you want
1tbsp sugar
