If getting selling Raphinha means getting Nico Williams, then the board and Flick should force Raphinha out. Apart from the two PSG matches, he hasn’t done enough to prove he was worth 60mil. I hate selfish players like Ferran and Raphinha, they know they aren’t getting a starting spot here at Barca and they know we are in need to offload players in order to sign new ones and see our club shine again. I appreciate players like Luuk De Jong, Kessie, and Aubamayang who did Barca a favor in leaving when asked to.
Valid points but the things is apart from Saudi clubs no one is really interested. As a matter of fact, only Saudi clubs are willing to pay the price that would make selling Raphina the worth the amount to buy Nico. And in that scenario you cant blame him or even try and force him to leave to play for Saudi league so young and with so much potential in his personal career ahead of him. The other part is given our luck with injuries that you cant depend only on Lamal on the right with no back up and ill take Raphia over Ferran as a back up or rotating player any day. It may be a blessing in disguise and Raphinia was gettin really good towards the end of last season. One of our best players next Yamine.
@@chevonpetgrave4991 I heard some premier league teams like Newcastle were interested in Raphinha, not sure for how mich tho. But Nico is a player we cannot miss out on. Next season his price will sky rocket. Without Raphinha we’d have Nico, Lamine, Fati and Ferran as our wingers. Nico can play both on the left side and right side so if we ever feel like Lamine needs rest, we can always put Nico as RW and Fati as LW. Ferran can play against the bottom table teams. Obviously if we can get Nico without selling Raphinha then that’d be great, but if it’s the only way to get Nico then we must look to sell Raphinha instantly.

I disagree. I think Raphinha will be useful in Flick’s system. His one shortcoming is dribbling. He is good at crossing, great cutting in from the wing and shooting from outside the box. He runs like a dog and is a good presser. He may not be what we need, but don’t oversell it.
@@goffperu we are in need of Nico way more than a player like Raphinha. Just look at the duo of Lamine and Nico. Even with a mid striker like Morata, both Lamine and Nico were able to lead Spain’s attack and create chaos to some of the best defenders. Nico can give crosses just as good as Raphinha, matter of fact he had more assists than Raphinha last season. Nico is faster than Raphinha so he will fit in better for Flicks system. On top of that, his chemistry with the rest of our young Spanish players is better than Raphinha’s chemistry with the team. Also Nico utilizes both feet very well unlike Raphinha who is very one footed and predictable for defenders. Like I said, if we could get Nico without having to sell Raphinha then that would be great, but it seems like selling Raphinha would make things easier to sign Nico ASAP and potentially even a CDM. Nico>>>Raphinha.

If we eventually get Nico, Raphinha needs to be sold to open capacity. On LW we have Ansu Fati (10) and Nico Williams (11), on RW we have Ferran Torres (7) and Lamine Yamal (17). No spots for Raphinha anymore.

We are always dependant on ‘deals’ to buy players. How long untill the Nike deal is finished? Is this realistic, because for Nico we need to act quick.
Barca has 2-3 weeks to close the Nike deal and sign Nico I don’t see that happening because Barca trying to close the Nike deal from past 6 week or more now after agreeing the renewal….🤷🏻♂️
