Hi Michael. I look forward to warmer weather but am glad I live in the cooler zone in Sedro Woolley. 100 is too hot for me, and from what I remember of summer 2021, when it was extremely hot, not something I want to go through again. Thanks!
Did that yesterday~ got chatting with someone and we started talking about the seasons Northern v Southern hem.and that led us to Christmas. Then i stepped out of the A/C office to go home..(Modesto actually but I keep tabs on the Pacific region in general).

Since I moved to Seattle in ‘87, when friends asked me what the weather was like here, I always said “We have a week of Winter, a week of Summer and 50 weeks of it could be Spring, it could be Fall.”
@@PacificNorthwestWeather Weren't the couple of years after '80 pretty warm because of volcanic activity in 80? Once the particulates that caused a slight cooling cleared and CO2 increased the temps started to increase quickly in some parts of the world. I am sure the amount of CO2 released in 1980 was the most ever in one year even with human assistance.
So we in western Washington have to deal with roasting weather 😐😒We do have air-conditioned but we'll cope!😢😢😢😢 thanks Michael for letting us know what to expect.
1922 to 1946? With our extreme carbon taxes, electrification, "safe" freon, shuttering coal power plants and catalytic converters on everything it was hotter before the 1970s and is about to match that AFTER implementing all those things? Very interesting indeed. Thanks for sharing the facts.
I remember in the 1970's all of the media was pushing "The Coming Ice Age....." Then, in the 2000's it was "Global Warming....." Currently, none of those predictions have come to pass, so we have "Climate Change!" The only thing that is actually happening, is the fear of those things actually happening.

Yawn….so tired this morning from lack of sleep. Every man-child in my neighborhood was out until the wee hours shooting off illegal fireworks. Can’t wait to hear all the fire and fireworks injury calls on the scanner tonight!😂 Happy Independence Day, peoples!
