My dad made me one of these when I was depressed and couldnt get out of bed. He'd give me fresh fruit and meat every day and at least get me to eat a little. I love that man.
@@Raybird99 it's crazy you say that, as judging by the portion sizes and the sizes of the snacks themselves, you most likely wouldn't get diabetes or cancer after consuming the food in that box. and that's assuming you do finish everything in the box, which again, seems unlikely because those are a lot of snacks. the point of the box is to get plenty of variety in snacking options without bringing the full sizes of said snacks. which happens to be a better option than bringing and consuming the full sizes.
@@inyourbasement786 you are absolutely correct but promoting all the excess junk food and eating it habitually will cause cancer, diabetes, heart disease, neuro/vascular disorders in the future. And a lot of people see her as a skinny cute women eating junk all the time and thinks it’s ok.

Not really. It’s all full of chemicals and food dyes-ingredients banned in other countries. Here it’s very hard to find snack that don’t contain poisonous ingredients.
Look up the ingredients. Many carcinogenics that contribute to why so many Americans are sick, diseased. She's young, and it won't be long before health issues pop up if continuing to eat all of that processed food. I will add, USA allows 100's of ingredients in food that many countries deem illegal. Hmmm.. makes yah wonder!!!
@@nathankelleherSo there is a massive epidemic in the US right now that is correlated to obesity and other health issues, for example diabetes and heart attacks also another one I'll point out that has a lot to do with the types of food people eat and it is called: HS (Hydrdentitis Supperativa) that is were folks have massive boils all over their body. Diabetics can also have massive boils all over their bodies as well but they tend to get necrotic issues in their lower limbs...... that can rot their feet away and sometimes their lower legs and in some cases their hands etc. If not diabetes, HS, heart attacks and losing limbs, what about all the young folks losing their teeth and needing dentures before they're 35 years old? Both woman and men losing their hair randomly? Just having super bad metabolic health because literally nothing that you see in this clib is nutrition it is all colorful dyes/chemicals and sugar/carbs.... absolutely no sustenance and yes I do understand that she eats a pretty well balanced diet as that is what HER channel is all about is her showing all the things she eats in a day and she does pretty well actually and I understand that this is her SNACKS not her meals and I get alllllll of that. My reply is not towards her post at all, my reply is strictly towards your comment and your comment alone. I don't think that obesity and metabolic syndrome with problems that give you pus filled boils all over your body and cause you to eventually lose your toes maybe your entire feet and/or your hands and also give you heart issues along with losing your eye site etc like the list goes on and on..... but hey..... it looks and tastes good right!

I've been reading Fast Like a Girl and where I used to think that's sooo good. I now look at this junk food as poison that will show up later in life. Fake food is poison. But I'm still gonna watch the videos😂 But seriously, these foods lead to hormonal imbalances that will lead to all sorts of problems including hormonal cancers.
@@Moonlightarcoiris2011:I think it’s because the carry on bags and luggage have to weigh a certain amount to be flight safe so putting the food you bring with you on the flight in something else would be more helpful than putting everything in its original packaging in the carry on bag. Since the food going in a different container would help keep everything separated and at the appropriate weights plus a lot of foods wouldn’t fit in certain sized carry on bags. Like big chip bags wouldn’t fit in a carry on bag. And a snackle box makes more sense since all the food can be in one container since the snackle boxes come with dividers unless you want to take out all the dividers or get a snackle box with no dividers and go for more of trail mix vibe with having all the foods being mixed together in one container without dividers separating the compartments. Iam sure if anyone does bring their own food that the foods they bring still have to follow a weight limit rule to be flight safe like the snacks being in a different container that everything else you are bringing with you. Plus she was only going on an 8 hour flight and not a 24 to 30+ hour long flight. Plus airports have food places for people to grab travel sized stuff as well. All airports sell some sort of chips. And also the airplane itself serves like pretzels bag. So it’s not like someone can’t find extra food somehow Especially after someone lands after a flight before they head for a car they could grab food to go. An 8 hour flight wouldn’t be as exhausting after a flight as a 24 to 30+ hour long flight would be.
Carb city!! I wouldn’t do that often if I were you. Actually I did in my youth and I’m definitely paying the price now. Diabetes and arthritis is ravaging my body. PLEASE be good to yourself Karissa. I’ll be 70 in August and all I can say is I wish I’d made better choices. 🙏
Truth. No one can eat processed food long term without consequences. Same with the processed food so many feed their pets. I appreciate this post. It brings awareness about these damaging chemical foods.
@@lolapop2010Yes! I do the same.. lots of fresh, healthy, nutrient dense food. None of those snacks are real food. Maybe part of the fig cookie. Just processed sugar, wheat, and man made chemicals/ingredients.
Suuuuch a good idea, and so cute! I would love to see different versions of this or maybe some healthy snacks incorporated like dried fruit, nuts, pumpkin seeds, etc. This is giving me ideas for my next flight!
She makes $$$$$ and doesn’t have to punch a clock or ask for PTO. Her job is literally travel to try food and post it and she’s young, white, attractive and thin so she has a lot of followers which equals a lot of money.
I don't want to be mean to Karissa, but you don't see her swallow food and there are cuts between her bites. So you don't know if she really is eating. The snack box is large for anyone to finish, so it may have gone to her boyfriend and/or this video has been embellished to look nicer.

@@LuxLisbon32 There is nothing wrong with eating processed food, in fact for some people that's literally all they can afford. Also not eating processed food doesn't make you superior, and bragging about it just kinda makes you a jerk. And it's perfectly okay to eat processed food as snacks. Perfectly okay to eat it for meals too if that's what you can afford, or even if you just want a quick easy meal.
You try working hours a day and finding the motivation to cook. Sometimes after a very long day, you just wanna microwave some cup noodles and go to bed. Or those little microwavable rice pouches, or those freezer meals. Not everyone has time or motivation to be as healthy and organic as you.
@Odes1Angel sure, you're allowed; nobody said you weren't. But taking the time to engage to comment about how dumb or "cringe" something is, still feeds the algorithms with activity so things like this get seen more, not less. So if it's so dumb or "cringe", just scroll on by rather than commenting criticizing the video (since it's not like the creator is gonna change their whole style anyway just because some troll on RU-vid criticized them), and you'll probably see less of it and won't have to lay eyes on such "cringe" content.
