The insert that came with the luggage is a compression pad. It goes under the straps holding the clothes in. It is meant to compress the clothes to make for more room and ease of zipping the suitcase closed.
After purchasing from BÉIS I have become disenchanted. They are not holding up their end of a deal. I do not like companies who make up rules as they go along. Do not recommend them.
BÉIS refuses to provide the reward birthday points. They state they do not provide them till the next year. Naturally this is not disclosed anywhere. I do not deal with dishonest businesses. Frankly I feel they will not give the points as I would get a free weekender.
