That means that you have already installed gulp -globally, now you need do this if you are watching it 2023, if you are watching it in 2024 and more then this can't be useful for you.
1) Create a folder.
2) Open Console on the folder that you just created.
3) Write: npm init
4) After that write: npm i gulp --save-dev
That is what i did and my gulp is working now.
and doesn't matter that it writes: packajes are looking for funding run "npm fund" and etc...
it just doesn't matter. it will work.
