You had such a good life in Pakistan. Don’t know why you would move to a busy country a country you run with the clock.

You are moving from Pakistan to the UK and we are in the process of moving to Pakistan, having lived my whole life here in the UK with all my family and extended family here. Best of luck to new beginnings!

I think she isn't leaving country for her son's better future because lavish lifestyle and good future can also be possible in pakistan if you have money.

Welcome to the UK. Dos and Donts in living here. Don't bring bulky furniture and basic clothing etc as you can buy EVERYTHING here at affordable prices. Don't vlog alone in London as knife attacks on the rise the last few years or so. Don't imagine being able to build a cosy home without it costing a bomb, so can take years. Don't imagine getting everything for free as the UK charges a lot of tax on literally everything! Do get Aliyaan into some sort of play group centre as it gets extremely lonely for kids in London. Do get yourself used to eating takeout as there are literally eateries everywhere! Do get yourself ready to shop till you drop as plenty of high fashion stores to explore, u will ❤ it! Do have a box (or 10) of tissues handy every time u speak to family as separation anxiety is real! Do get used to the loneliness and short days, wintery nights and RAIN! It rains a lot in the UK! So do buy a brolly! Do try and mingle with the neighbours as that is what u need in the UK to get through the quiet days. Do buy a kettle as they always pop over for a cuppa! And hopefully you will have something to do whilst hubby works. Otherwise, the days do drag! Good luck!

I moved here two years ago and I don’t have any children yet but I’m very worried about them because I don’t want my children to be gay or homosexual children are not safe here even in schools

Houses in uk are not as big as the houses in Pakistan also London is most expensive city to live in than any other ones in uk, other than that best of luck

u moved to New York many yrs ago but u ppl didn't adjust there. Quality of life is linked with relatives and family and not with materialistic luxuries

People here are confused why is she taking so much stuff since cargo is costly. I think the company who hired Noman is paying the cost of movement that includes tickets and cargo. So if the cargo is free why not take everything instead of buying in pounds. Also she said we went to Imtiaz to get electronics so she is not only taking her old stuff but also buying other things which she’ll need In Uk that can only happen if the cargo is paid by company kukay apnay kharchay par koi nai itna cargo karta. The cargo cost is higher than buying new stuff in UK.

Life in the UK is very different to Pakistan. Everyone is very independent. You cook, clean, cut grass, wash toilets everything yourself. It expensive to have house help. Most people have a cleaner once a week

The final farewell was emotionally overwhelming....hard to leave those past memories with loved ones especially friends and family behind ...but also hello to a new life in london.....

Life isnt easy here in the UK...very expensive racism and everyones to themselves..at the moment the day is very long due to the summer time...best to get a hobby or work

Separation anxiety is real just give yourself and your family back home some time. Do visit ilford and green street when you feel like missing Pakistan like anything ♥️ those two streets help a-lot lol. Bulky furniture won’t fit in narrow doors it’s better to get stuff from ikea but now im sure you have already booked everything so fingers crossed.

I packed up my entire life last year from the UK and moved to Japan. It wasn't easy but as you said, quality of life is different for everyone and the UK just wasn't it for me (right now crime is on the rise as is the general state of the job market, terrible politicians and economy lol). Some days are good, some days are bad and homesickness is absolutely terrible. It'll come and go, but we know the best decisions for ourselves. I'm actually moving back to the UK later on this year haha temporarily. But good luck in this next chapter isA hoping for the best for your family! Enjoy London, it's a great city (but not the cheapest 😅😅)

Anushae I’ve been with you for so many years now, have watched you get married and have a baby and now moving. I also got married and had a baby and moved to London last year. So it is very relatable, all the packing, what to take and what not to, and top of all; leaving your parents behind! My brothers are also studying abroad and my parents are left alone. It is so hard seeing them all alone. The way they want to cuddle my kid in whatsapp video call makes me sad. I feel like I’ve deprived them of their grandson’s presence! But watching you coming here as well has now assured me that sometimes you have to take hard steps for your baby’s future.

Im sure those who have been born and raised here will agree especially in recent times. Cost of living is a joke. Those who have lived in the UK all their lives are now moving from the UK to other countries as there is better quality of life their. I know many people who have moved from pakistan to the UK who regret their decision and said they was better off in pakistan however that said I hope things are good for you here. All the best ❤

My cousin has done that atm she cant get here but her hubs is here and working in a takeway making ends meet… My cousin goes im thinking about my daughters future want to make it good..🤦‍♀️ Everyone tried telling her here in uk ur daughters will be taught western culture etc they could go astray etc Why gamble it now nd leave your old mum behind..you had a good standard life in Pakistan at least your daughters were getting a islamic environment in pakistan… All we can do is pray for everyone that are coming running to uk leaving their cushy lifes behind..i pray the kids dont go astray here…

You made a great decision and you won't regret it. Pakistan isnt getting any better. Sure we miss the help we get, but you can live with out all that to be honest. The houses are smaller and manageable. You can make friends, go out and Enjoy yourself. London is a big and wonderful city. Ppl are talking rubbish. They would love to be in your shoes and that is the bloody truth. If you have the financial set up, then all is possible inshallah. Your child will get the best free facilities until they are 4.5years old. Pakistan has no such thing unless you dump them in some crappy daycare as they call it. Also, schooling is really good. Christmas season is beautiful and ANYTHING is possible. You can LIVE A beautiful life anywhere. Up your social life and you will be good. I want to meet you and give you confidence. Remember, whatever we think manifests so if yiu stay negative, you will have a negative experience and if you stay positive, you will attract that reality.

U should come to Australia 😁 but the thing is if u come to Sydney - it is veryyyy expensive. Inflation rates have increased and so have the crimes. The world has gone crazy. But Australia is very multicultural and has a zero tolerance racism. And it’s winter here ❤ but the property houses have gone nuts. Same with the grocery items lol - 1kg tomato - $11 😢 But the thing is that Sydney is Sydney and quality of life is amazing here ❤ well for me coz I was born here ❤
