Packmaster Shy'ek is BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!! | Raid: Shadow Legends 

2-turn AoE Block Buffs on 3-turn cooldown is solid. 2-turn personal Taunt+Shield+Reflect on 3-turn cooldown is solid. Ignore the dogs, pair him with Emic, and those 3-turn cooldowns can turn to 2-turn cooldowns, due to a skill with a 3-turn cooldown, and Emic has a 2-turn Taunt (on a 4-turn cooldown). Only Gizmak has a 2-turn Taunt on a 3-turn cooldown as of now, and good luck getting him. This is where I see Shy'ek being useful, and therefore will go for his fusion. Any Lego/Mythical dog in the future is icing.

Maybe put Fellhound in a provoke set for Hydra? That many counter attacks should mean your provoke is relativley reliable.

I can see it now... 1. A majority of people skip this fusion because it's not a super obvious Gnut++ tier champ 2. After the fusion event, who knows, maybe a Titan Event that rewards his 5* soul and a Fellhound + Terrorbeast among the Milestone rewards 3. After the Titan Event, "Surprise everyone! Here's a new log-in Legendary Doggo who becomes batgak bonkers alongside the Packmaster!" 4. Over the next 5-6 weeks, drop a bunch of summoning events with a Summon Pool that includes the Packmaster + a 15x Progressive Chance summons event w/Packmaster + 2x Ancients w/10x chance for Packmaster Now everyone who skipped the fusion *AND* every new player who's just been "gifted" the log-in Leggo will be spending across potentially 3 summon events, just like how everyone went crazy for Nergigante Archer during the MH collab events 😛

Combo with 1 pain keeper to have 100% taunt uptime to ignore devour mechanics in hydra. Super under rated

They should add Ba Satha to his synergy list too!

A cerberus will be cool to own.

I think his best use is being super slow, pair him with a pain keeper who is twice as fast and have a full auto infinite taunt team. Although if you build him high resist he could probably be a huge help with spider hard when paired with fellhound. Just let him tank all the spiderling hits and let fellhound ca killing them

This champion concept could be expanded upon for existing champions that are easily grouped. Christmas Halloween, Valentine's, knights, Angels & demons, heroes & villains. Maybe even grouped by faction pact...

I believe that there will be a legendary dog couple: One is supporter/debuffer and the other dog is the damage dealer. They're passives will be crazy since counter attacking should be as brutal as possible when Shy-ek is attacked or is attacking. I believe one of the dogs will become the next fusion. The other dog can be summoned through shards. The two dogs will make this champion worse than Armanz. Taunt that cannot be cleansed. Enemy is forced to attack Shy'ek. I believe part of the passive for the support dog will be mitigating aoe dmg by 25% along with healing for 10% of it's health when an ally is attacked if the attack dog is on the team. This dog will have buffs and debuffs along with it's godly passive. Possibly has revive. The 2nd dog will probably be focused on damage. Ignore defence and increase attack by 10% per attack (stacking up to 100%) on his A1 will probably happen in order to make counter attacking a fatal action. It'll maybe have an AOE that hits twice under a certain condition. As for the passive, can't think of a skill that can penalize champs when they attack Shy'ek or any ally without making it conpletely broken. All we have to do is make sure Shy'ek casts his taunt. After that, the new leggo dog couple will tear each enemy appart.

@nubraids, I would like to know if This NEW champ can be replaced by Emic...on Emic+Yannica+Wixwell infinity Hydra team... I don't have Emic

With Nia he can much easier do a perma taunt Hydra team than Emic. Also they should add Brakus to the mix so he can be used anywhere

What would happen if the team had a counter attack buff on it. Would the dogs counter attack and then join in with his A1 attack? And would this be on top of his passive built in counter attack. Effectively would the dogs attack 3 times if the team is hit with an AOE.

I’m 5 months in a building my 2nd hydra team. He fits that perfectly so it’s a no brainer. Also, I just went into Fireknight hard so he might be an option there with all those counter hits.

I really don't like the gamble on if plarium give us a new hound who is not a whale event only. It feels like a trap

would a Giscard work in place of a Seeker? He wouldn't weak hit on the force hydra head and has an increase def and attack on the one skill.

I am doing this fusion. I can't help but think this champ is going to turn up in some nutty team somewhere along the line. I did wonder if the fact Hellhound places sleep on his A1 could be something for Sand Devil....

can the taunt duration be extended?

3 Videos so far, and not one youtuber has tried the obviously fun (for the shets and giggles) "Packmaster Shy'ek + Hounds" only team in random content. Come on, i'm interested in doing his fusion just for shets and giggles (i assume, but also hope, that i'm not the only one). If an overpowered dog comes out then it'll still be for the shets and giggles, but will also have a real purpose. But doing all that work just for the 5 mintutes of fun once... i don't know if it's worth it haha. Isn't the point of that testing server with unlimited resources to just try everything ? Silly or not. Is there anyone that has done this fun silly thing out there ?

If you dont have reflex. How much speed do you need to keep the taunt up the whole time?

they should have given him a new mechanic. Dogs in the party get 40% more stats or Dogs in the party get 3x more "flat stats from artifacts" or Dogs ignore 50% def something that makes the dogs actually worth using. but I guess that's alot more work to balance, "Raid Minimum effort MAXIMUM PROFIT"

Best case scenario they'll introduce a new OP partner hound for the fusion. Worst case scenario he'll be worth 500 points in a future champ chase. Either way I'll be doing the fusion.

Would it work well with putting Fellhound in Cursed or Provoke set? Also does Ba Satha not count as a dog?

Shyek-felhound also can get indirect buff with orc and demon unity champs.

Fellhound in either a 9 piece Slayer set or Provoke set for hydra could be interesting. 9-piece slayer would work for other areas of the game as well though. Increasing turn meter for his A1 AOEs through either attacking or counter attacking, is AOE's now ignoring 30% enemy defense, and his AOEs having a 30% chance to repeat the damage. Since he would just be spamming AOE on the A1 if you had really good slayer gear on him he could maybe pump the damage with all those attacks.

HIS HEX Amplifies all damages, or only allt atks ?

in the first arena battle, there was only one stun resisted by Shu Zhen. Yumeko is in veil so can't be debuffed, and Ankora took the Narses stun. Do you even Raid? 😄

I have question :D His passive how its work ? Always get 20% dmg bonus when u attacking enemys under hex ? Or just when u do aly atks ?

I hope they bring in a new hound with a provoke on the A1. That would make for a great hydra combo.

Bet they will bring in a dog but it won't be a Hydra hound; Fire Knight specialist or something like that.

I think if people skip this fusion, they will greatly regret it. Something is coming down the pipe that will erata this guys texta nd be added to his kit. i.e. legendary canine. Which we desperately need. Could even be a hound in Sylvan Watchers, like Gelert from Welsh mythology.

Technically you're right, and maybe using him that way might be better if all u care about is that taunt staying up. I know im a little hard on him just cause id like to be able to use him for some damage too. But I guess you could just build the other taunt champs like lethelin to do that.

Its funny that HH says: vault and that you actually like him. Aren't you on the same team? lol.. I think the hero has potential especially with a suggested new hound coming. Currently I feel this champ isn't a must have but I will gamble that the next hound that shows up will be better then any in game now, so I will go for this champ for that reason.

Already a legendary hound not included in the list so looks like you will only use epic and rares they would need huge buffs for the ones there and the new ones would all have to be better.

As it stands currently this is a early mid game champ those dogs are wastin slots of good champs i am still gettin him cuz plarium might do lego dog fusions in the future

Good news = new leggo dog, incoming. Bad news = single target a1 stun with bad multipliers

He could have been the 1st champion to actually come with a pet/dog and can control a pack. Now we have to waste our time getting him to find out if there is going to be a dog that makes him a better champ than he actually is, and better yet is the new hound going to be available to all. What a lousy way to make a game and to deflate the hype of a potentially good idea. (Even Hell Hades said this guy is a waste of time & made for the vault)

Nahhh....this aint it, your gassing a mediorce mid game niesch champ. The hound ally attack is cool and all, but are you really gonna bring a fellhound in hydra??? Regarding future hounds...i mean, thats cool but his kit isn't currently coded for anything future. So it would come down to them fixing him to include those hounds. If you're banking on that, it better be a really solid hound champ. The best thing this guy does is keep u from being devoured and place block debuffs. Outside of that, u aint bringing this guy anywhere near high level arena, ur not gonna use him for waves, cuz whats the point when u have much faster options. At the moment, He stands no chance in live arena. He wont benefit u in doom tower maybe some sintranos pending you get to bring a hound in.
