Nice! The only other thing that comes to mind is Flex Tape (vinyl underwater tape) that I have used a couple times. Also, Aquaseal UV is pretty cool and comes in those little tubes. I agree about the little tubes! I wish there was a way to not get the large tube plugged
I didn't know the aquaseal uv came in the small tubes. I agree that would be a good addition. The ones I have would require an overnight cure, not ideal. Where do you buy it? I had some tape like that and it was a sticky mess and heavy so I removed it. The larger tubes of aquaseal don't just get clogged, once exposed to air the whole tube can solidify. It's also a nasty solvent, try not to get too close with your nose when working with it!
@@CaliforniaPackrafting I have only seen the UV in small .25oz tubes. It seems quite available online but I bought mine from wet dreams river supply in Flagstaff
Nice video. I would put the glues in a tiny plastic bag, so a leak will not affect the rest of the repair stuff or the inside of the pump. On longer trips I will add a spare valve for the seat. Needle & thread will be added to my kit now. Thanks.
I think bagging the glue is a prudent step, especially once it's opened. Baseball stitch takes a little practice, and sewing might not be necessary except in rare situations, but it weighs grams so might as well.
