What a Magical Man!! I'm a simple, completely self-taught guitarist of 35 years. I never had a single guitarist who truly influenced me until I heard the name "Paco De Lucia" five years ago. My guitar playing life was changed FOREVER!
Ha habido varios guitarristas flamencos muy buenos, Sabicas, Paco Cepero, Manolo Sanlucar y más, pero ninguno ha podido tocar de esa manera, que rapidez, parecía que sus dedos vibraban más que hacer las escalas de forma natural, un fenómeno que disfrutamos en vida y gracias a los videos y cds editados podemos seguir deleitandonos con su arte, estará siempre vivo entre los buenos aficionados a la guitarra flamenca 😊😊😊
@@alejandroortiz3485 si, he visto videos de el Niño Miguel y era impresionante como tocaba, si no le hubiese pasado esa enfermedad igual hubiese superado a Paco, lo que Paco tenía una rapidez tocando que ningun otro guitarrista lo ha podido superar, era un genio, saludos 😊😊😊
@@juanantonio5062 si, estoy de acuerdo contigo, cada guitarrista de los nombrados eran fenómenos, Sabicas también era impresionante, cada uno destaca por algo, Paco arrasó entre los aficionados por su rapidez, pero no sólo se trata de tocar muy rápido, todos los demás también fueron extraordinarios, y el otro Paco, Paco Cepero un fenómeno también, saludos

When I practice a piece, I do a few variations around it, inventing my own excercises to help in that particular place. Technique is the art of variety, the art of knowing how to adjust your hand to a particular group of notes to produce a particular sound to fit the particular expectation of the ear. Sound becomes metaphysical only when you have completely explored all physical possibilities. You should explore until reaching the absurd. One should always try as much as possible to rediscover music as though one is hearing it for the first time, searching everywhere for new meanings and new depths. The highest function of the artist is to release the spirituality and the emotional immediacy that lie within the score. Be constantly engaged in research, I am not only looking at things the way they appear but also trying to find the labyrinths, the secrets of music. A composition can only be performed well if it is entirely yours, not only every note from memory, but the notes have become you, and you have become the notes. Nothing happens by chance. Call it a force that some people think controls what happens in the future, and is outside human control, call it preordination, but sometimes happens. @@Chopin4321 I certainly agree with Maria and Paco, and Horowitz but what they have in common is that they are essentially the forefront people of their respective instrument which is hard to argue. But i wouldn’t necessarily think of pogorelich as one the same page when comparing their greatness at hand. He was certainly a pioneer and was very innovative and popular in his time and an all time great but despite that I would not put him over people like grigory Sokolov, Rubinstein, perhaps Marc André Hamelin and one or two others. Thats just my opinion though
En el primer corte, la guitarra de Paco suena como una ametralladora de notas musicales. No he visto en mi vida a nadie con una técnica mas compleja. Quedará mucho tiempo para que alguien le pueda llegar a la suela de los zapatos.
Como rockero que soy he visto muchos guitaristas legendarios como Ritchie Blackmoore ( Deep Purple ) Tony Iommy ( Black Sabbath ) Kirk Hammett (Metallica ) K.K Downing ( Judas Priest ) Garry Moore, Slash, Jimi Hendrix etc .... pero mas virtuoso que Paco ninguno jamas !!

Mucho tiempo?? El liston nadie humanamente puede igualar al Maestro, lo siento. Ahora estara con Dios y creo que le estara enseñando a tocar la guitarra. Paco es y sera unico.

Wow tocó guitarra desde hace un año vi videos impresionantes de guitarristas que tocaban a una velocidad descomunal pero ahora veo a paco Lucía y ninguno esta a su nivel en serio wow

Genial , genial, genial, este gran artista que no me canso de oirle y ver sus manos milagrosas que todavia no comprendo como puede mover esos dedos maravillosos a esa velocidada y no equivocarse.
Era increible uno de los mejores guitarista del mundo. Otro que tambien era mu bueno era manita plateada estuvo mucho tiempo en francia y tocava muy bien la guitara
Conozco y reconozco a Paco de Lucía (a quien vi en vivo y a no muchos metros en Buenos Aires) pero hay otros de similar estatura: Andrés Segovia o Narciso Yepes tienen similar virtuosismo aunque mayor nivel musical clásico
No entiendo, Paco parece muy bueno, pero realmente no veo nada novedoso en el. La mayoría de músicos expertos podrían superar sin problemas lo que toca
Paco cogió el flamenco que era un coche de caballos y dejo un ferrari , evoluciono absolutamente todo el flamenco desde meter cajones a tumbar la guitarra para tocar , que cojones que es Paco el de la Lucia y ya esta
Si lograría esto al 5% de aseguro que el doctor me diagnosticaría artrosis terminal. Este si es una bestia, me vuelve loco escuchar su música, una genialidad, como dice en España pero lo combino a mi estilo, es el hiperrecontrapentahexaheptaoctanonadeca-puto amo de la guitarra.
Se me ocurrió un día, decir a mis hijos (tienen la carrera de música (son 12 años de Conservatorio) interpretan todos los instrumentos, incluida la balalaica. ¡Pues, a mi Paco de Lucía, no me parece tanto! ¡ Me echaron de casa ! Ya, sabéis; ¡Cria cuervos y tendrás muchos !

Se dice mucho en la vida de esos pactos de los músicos o artistas, no creo mucho en eso, pero si creo en la pasión preparación ahí está la fuente iangotable
