Hello! This is my review of the Pacsafe Go 25L backpack. Its small enough to be a personal item on most budget airlines, and has many anti theft features. Enjoy! ~ AnnaCate
I agree with the other commenters here -- excellent review. I bought this bag based on your video. I find that it's ability to maintain it's slim profile helps with my packing and confidence it will pass as a personal item. If it sticks up a little past the prescribed height, I can push it down. It's the first bit of luggage I feel comfortable with.
Excellent, thank you. I have several backpack items, albeit not this one. I love some airflow system on my backpack, which is missing here. Still, you provided a lot of useful information.
Very GOOD. I am a fan of PACSAFE. And I was waiting for their video, but ... yours it is very good and informative. :) THANK YOU. Hope all good for you.
Thanks for the detailed review! I was looking for a new bag to fit Ryanair's Personal item size and most on the market looked too bulky, wanted something low-key. :)
Lovely review and overview! You mentioned it is your first video, it is a very good one! You went over all the features, everything was to the point, and you *showed* - not only *told* - excellent video - How comfortable is the backpack when carried for long periods? - Is the back panel somewhat breathable? Does it get hot?
Does the Bento bag fit into Ryanair’s specification for a personal size item? I was considering it but was concerned it might be a little bit too big to fit into the luggage sizer.
Your review is excellent! I can sadly confirm that a solid pull will rip that one zipper open. It happened to me on a day trip. I don’t carry anything in that pocket thankfully.
Excellent review! Thank you. I’m looking for a personal item size backpack that meets Ryanair’s specifications for a small item - 40 X 25 x 20 cm. Even though it seems a bit small for my needs, I had been looking at the 15 L version of this bag because its dimensions best fit Ryanair’s requirements. Now, thanks to your assurance that it fits the Ryanair personal item luggage sizer, I’m going to take a second look at the 25L bag. Including a photo of your packed bag inside the luggage sizer would’ve been a nice addition to your video for us visually oriented people. Nonetheless, I appreciate your review and will trust your recommendation. Thanks again!
Thanks for the informative review, Anna. I'd not considered the Pacsafe previously, but it looks like it would be a good day bag for my needs as well. Asking as a US resident who has only heard the stories of restrictive sizes on Ryanair...if the dimensions of the bag on the PS site are 46x31x14, how does it fit in the luggage box checker that is 40x30x20? I would like to consider this bag, but I am flying Transavia this trip (also has 40x30x20 personal size) and don't want to get dinged on the size. Thanks
As per PACSAFE's official specifications, here are the dimensions: (H x W x D): 18.1 x 12.2 x 5.5 in / 46 x 31 x 14 cm As you can see... That is not a true 25L at all... That's at MAX 19L, which of course is still inaccurate as you lose capacity with the materials, pockets, shape, etc.
Hi! Not really, they're not lockable zippers. You could put a lock through the zipper pulls - but they're not designed for that. Thanks for your question 🙂
