Rather disturbing how in Socialist Yugoslavia this was just remembered as a part of workers history, an old revolutionary song, a thing of an arduous past if you will, and today in the rump states of the old country, it feels troublingly appropriate.

Small wonder,given how the so-called "independent states" are nothing but colonies of a certain Empire across the Atlantic.

This revolutionary song is centuries old. With the exception of 50 years under those horrible communists, we were and are slaves. Why are you so surprised?

This is the Yugoslav song, no song of today's fascist genocidal creations that are disintegrating until the new unification and the destruction of the new fascism. Because all these republics of ours, mostly Croatia and Serbia, which are based on evil and genocide, do not survive. It can be seen from everything that SFRY can never die again in the spirit of Yugoslavism and togetherness, which was the basis for the creation of SFRY 43' and also the future basis of unification. She came back in 41' and she will come back in 45'!!!!!! The world also knows what the SFRY was, it's no wonder that we are not even recognized by many, and that we are only on paper, and in reality we have not seen each other through examples, because I repeat the world knows what was done in the 90s and what evil befell the Balkan people in the AGREEMENT WAR.

no, this song is inspired by the Hvar rebellion, it appeared in Croatia but is still Yugoslavian
@drinkatrinajstic1858
@drinkatrinajstic1858 2 года назад
@@tacticalsocialist8060 The song originated in the Austro-Hungarian Empire before the First World War (early 20th century), in the province of Dalmatia. The song was written by Croatian politician Josip Smodlaka, the then leader of the Croatian Democratic Party, as a kind of anthem of his party entitled "Slobodarka". The song became popular among the people and was sung by Dalmatian partisans in World War II. It was then accepted throughout the former Yugoslavia.
