Paddle Boarding on the River Nene July 24 

Two friends paddle up the river Nene. We put in at Barnwell mill and went up to Aston Mill then back. Just under 6 miles on the water. The Nene is great for beginner boards as it is slow flowing and hasn't much river traffic. A love river to explore. Hope you like my small video. It runs at x8 speed most of the time.
