@Emoisforlovers Let's just say close to 12 already this season and he has had multiple errors in single games this year. He is good but makes too many errors.

@@hp7639 "close to 12" might be the most hilarious attempt at making a stat look worse that I've ever seen. He has 10. Which is a lot, tied for 18th-most with 6 other players, though it's nowhere near Elly de la Cruz's 22.

Pitching is different, they physically can’t play everyday and is judged on era, strikeouts, innings pitched, and wins. Plus there are more starting pitchers on a roster than there are any one position player so there’s more competition. I agree that Merrill deserves it more because he plays everyday and makes great plays on both sides of the ball, but if skenes keeps winning against these trash teams plus the overwhelming visibility courtesy of the MLB and ESPN, they’re gonna gift wrap it for him
