Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I was born and raised in Paducah. Much has changed, but then much is still the same. I swear when you drove by the riverfront, my mind recalled the smell of the Ohio River!
i used to take people who werent from paducah and go to the river front and act like im gunning it because you just see the river straight ahead and if people dont know the road just slants down there they freak out 🤣 .
Don't forget to go up to the video quality settings in the video while watching. Select the highest quality of video for the best experience. Select 4K 60 video quality. Enjoy.
Paducah , what can I say, it was home from the first breathe in Western Baptist hospital until i was 30 years old ...moved out to St Louis in 2010 to start a life with my GF who is now my wife. as a guy in my 20's and 30's paducah was a little too laid back type of life for me, not much to do so I enjoyed St Louis area but last few years now in my 40's I miss the slower life in Paducah but I'll just have to settle for visiting my family there 3 times a year and also watching vids like this one. 2 questions... are they ever going to do something with the empty Kmart building? and 2. Is there anyone who likes what they did at the Ky Oaks Mall exit with the road? its weird driving on the right side, then left side of the road and back to right side....
