Why do people always say in these videos that it has 800 horsepower?? It doesn't!! it has around 750!

All of us whant to see fast lap times. Fans and customers. ..so... if someone can tell to Pagani that putting bigger wheels with low profile tires only make car slower in turns and less effective in breaking. 355/25/21 Helllooo!!! 25? ....25?!! Noone still care if wheel is 18,19,20,21 or 900. The result is important. GT3 cars have 18" ... F1 have 13" .. Go Kart have 5" :-D Thank you.
