I agree with Terrence, that the Zunino was "pageant girl gone bridal." But what is wrong with that? She is a pageant girl. She loves the silhouette, and she loves fashion. And it is ALSO soft, romantic, and doesn't have bling. I liked it with the strap, because it gave her dress something she hadn't seen before, and she was looking for that element. But it also is beautiful without them. She picked GOOD!

The Zanino gown just had a thousand times more class than the Pnina gowns. I think it did look better on her without the strap though. I think the strap woud be good for a more flat chested girl- bot security and to create some symmetry with the flared bottom

I know that dresses of today are designed without the traditional hooped undergarment in mind but I would love to see them wearing them as well. To me they give the dress so much more sway as the bride moves. They show off the train, layers and details of the fabric and so much more. Nowadays there are so many different types available that accommodate all the various styles of dress. It’s only my opinion but I think it showcases the whole drape of the dress and stops all the messy over-falling of the back, even on mermaid style gowns. I know I am old fashioned. I’m 56 so yeah, I embrace that part of me. I really enjoy this show.
