To be fair, do you remember many years ago that soldier who was just minding his own business, not on any military duty, who had his head taken by two disturbed individuals? You could argue that they were justified. He wasn't actively doing anything, but he was certainly a representative of the force which, as these individuals believe, had, and has been attacking them, not directly as individuals but collectively, via the military operations elsewhere. Where do you draw the lines?
