You seem to be knowledgeable about the subject, may we know your background please? I'm interested to learn as I am feeling the effect of an elevated blood sugar, constantly monitoring my blood sugar level before and after meals. I think you're spot on about fruits, because I've stopped eating rice and white bread , and no soda or juices for years now, opting instead on quinoa and grain bread, yet my blood sugar is high every after meal, apparently because of the fruits I ate.

lakas talaga maka-apekto ng fruits sa bloog sugar 😆 sa background, registered nurse po. pero wala namang konek ung pagiging nurse sa low carb hehehe. mahilig lang din po talaga ako mag-enroll sa courses about low carb, keto and diabetes-related na topics. diabetic kase si papa :)

Naka consult kana ng doctor? Maybe your condition can’t be managed by diet and exercise, and you need medications … better early interventions before your kidneys and other organs get affected by diabetes …

Kung nagsisimula pa lang sa low carb, mas mabuti kung iiwas muna sa pagkain ng fruits. Dun muna tayo sa nutrient-dense na mga low carb na pagkain tulad ng meat, fish, eggs at low carb vegetables. Sa mga nag-stall ang weight loss, iwas muna sa low carb fruits. Kain na lang ulit pag maintaining na lang. Anong favorite low carb fruit mo? 🧡

Aileen I follow your advice ,,I eat only veg...leafy greens,,beans,okra.ampalaya. at ulam lang knakain ko...since Oct.2 2021 up to..present nov..11 na ngayon..my blood sugar is normal na no med..metformin...diet is the best to control diabetes.......in short forget rice,bread all sweets..no fruits....its wow!!!I bought. Blood glucore monitoring I check my blood sugar everyday ..test b4 breakfast and 2hrs after dinner para malan ko kung anong food ang cause high blood sugar....napaka clear ang turo mo Aileen,..thank you so much...Vancouver BC😍😍🙏

Kaya nga po, kaya panay din po an aking tanong, kase yog egg, sabi ng doctor white lang ang kainin, wag kumain ng yolk, dito sa low carb, lahat na lang ng kinakain meron itlog😊kaya medyo nalilito din po ako eh.. Kaya gusto palagi o hinahanap yong mga video na tama ang diet na wala carbo😊
