I was born in mindoro, but I never tried that when I was little over there, and here in Australia, the coconut that I always used is can only, as where I am is not not easy to access the fresh coconut, anyway I envy you guy's where yous are is beautiful and you can get any fruits and fresh vegetables anytime you'll like, but over here, I only get some vegetables and some fruit during summer, at the moment over here is only 4 degrees, so it's hard to get the fresh vegetables like the vegetables over there, but it doesn't matter anyway, because even if can't get all that during winter over here I still enjoy watching yous guy's, so thank you for sharing your life and your beautiful place over there,take care and God bless po sa inyong lahat jan 🙏
Napakasarap niyan gawing lumpiang ubod. Iyan talaga ang authentic na ubod. Yung mga nabibili sa restaurant ngayon ay hindi talaga ubod na galing sa puno ng niyog.

Dito sa panay sinasahog namin yan sa nilagang buto ng baboy at may pang asim na libas or alabihod. Specialty namin yan dito.fresh lumpiang ubod pwede rin lumpiang preto.tikman nyo.
Alam mo ba kung ano pinakamasarap na iluto ang ubod ng Niyog,fresh Lumpia, ubod carrots,at celery at repolyo lang at ibalot sa pabalat ng lumpia huwag lagyanng ibat ibang gulay kase mag iiba ang lasa ng ubod ng niyog ,sa sauce naman corn starch ,sigar paminta at toyo madami bawqng at dinikdik na mani ayon sa panlasa ninyo sa tamis at alat try ninyo
