well consider me the second person who will speak only positively about Kashmir. Truly Heaven on earth. I am a solo woman traveller. just came back from my trip and visited Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam. No words to describe the beautiful landscapes. Absolutely stunning views. and trust me no camera can do full justice compared to what you can actually see with your own eyes. If people only visited these places in Kashmir, Europe and Switzerland will automatically get eliminated from their list. and yes the people of Kashmir are the sweetest and kindest ive come across. They treat tourists like royalty. I got a truly local experience in Srinagar and Jammu as I was hosted by both Kashmiri Muslim and Kashmiri Pandit families in their homes !! Never once did I feel insecure anywhere in Kashmir. Pahalgam I was the only guest in an under construction hotel ( becs I was looking for a budget hotel) there were only 2 rooms one where the manager stayed and one he gave it to me. it still had a heated blanket, geyser and was basically a clean room with clean washroom. thats all that I needed anyways.
@@KushagraChaudhary91 exactly what do you mean by "You People " !!? and I need to correct you -NOBODY has to think twice or even one to go to Kashmir. Kashmir is very welcoming in every way. Feb end March there were thousands of tourists and majority of them were Indian tourists. If you go in May and June the tourist flow is so much that you wont even get a hotel room easily unless you have booked 3 months in advance !! Every year 30000 rooms are getting added in Kashmir to accommodate the "OVERFLOW " of tourists !! the Tulip Garden alone attracts over a million tourists again mostly from India. there is NO DESTRUCTION " in Kashmir either. Kashmir is beautiful and anybody can go there without any fear whatsoever. women are travelling SOLO, youngsters are travelling SOLO in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu for your kind information is a thriving Smart city !! it has IIT and IIM which alone has raised the city's standards multifolds. Please dont comment for the sake of commenting. Know your facts.

My friend's family is from Pahalgam but they all are living in Delhi. They migrated here in 1990s. He is kashmiri Pandits. Now there is no way back for them. 💔💔.
