Dealer played that 3rd hand wrong with aces and 3s. The straight should've been played by house rules. Should've been straight ace to 5(ace, 2, 3, 4, joker and 7/3 up top) Definitely got atleast a write up on break, I've seen casinos fire the dealer at the table for those simple mistakes though. Watch my local one fire a dealer who accidentally fed cards into the auto shuffle upside right and when they started coming out casino said play as it is, dealers down card kept coming face up we won a ton, about 5 minutes later security came and walked the dealer out.
