Hello everyone! We have created a playlist with every game featuring Paige Bueckers going back to her 8th grade season- ru-vid.com/group/PL99uGlohtH9V0TEN14E1n0zG7Az_jxDpY
Paige is so good, I wish I could play like her and she is not just good at scoring and defense she is also good at making her teammates look good like Amaya Battle, Tayler Woodson, KK Adams, Nu Nu and every other Royal player. I’m a big fan and the Hopkins Royals is my favorite team to watch play!
Paige, to me, looks like she could be an all-around exceptional, amazing athlete. Of course she is a great basketball player! 🏀 She is so smooth and speedy... I would argue that she could play and excel in many sports if she so chose. I really like how she gives her teammates opportunities to show their greatness as well; she is selfless a lot of times on offense. Maya Nnaji is another impressive player to come from Minnesota Hopkins Royals. And Amaya Battle, K.K. Adams, Taylor Woodson... not too shabby either, if I may say so myself! 😀
Watching all the way from California. I wish we had something like this in California! Televised games! That’s so awesome! I know there is an appetite for it here at the local level. Actually people are starving for it. Also, you guys allow younger kids to play high school basketball! We ha e girls who are ready in the 8th grade just beating the pulp out of girls their own age, which slows their development. It makes no sense to hold them back if they’re ready to play up. Aaaaand Hopkins has youth teams!?! Also really cool! It’s against the rules for our schools to do that out here too. I don’t know why. It doesn’t make sense. It would help the kids development to be in a system they like and it fits their needs. Kudos to Minnesota for doing it right!
when woodson got called for h charge at 1:01:45 vanessa alexander actually slapped woodson's hand before she ran into tessa johnson. And taylor woodson also got tripped as she got slapped and then got called for the charge. Also, when they called it off of hopkins when it went through kendall cox's hand, hopkins NEVER TOUCHED IT!!!!!!!!! these refs being blind and stupid
23:53 STMA's coach really thought that was an offensive foul on PB.. its obvious it wasn't because number 10 on STA already fell back by the time Paige actually reaches her.. some coaches just make me think sometimes.
the foul that #22 on hopkins had on kramer was bs. she had her hands up and only her waist touched her. kramer made herself fall. the refs are dumb as hell.
Chipoltis has a nose for the ball and for the play. She sees what's happening on the court from a bird's eye view. Wherever the space and the ball is or should be, that's where she is. Players like that are worth a scholarship. It doesn't matter if it's defense or offense, that girl is there trying to make the right play. From getting a rebound to stripping a ball handler to maneuvering around the hoop, Chipoltis knows what to do and she'll do it until she collapses. She's smart & she has the heart of a lion. it's too bad she's trapped in the body of a buffalo, but she's got gymnast quality body control.
Ragged officiating. Not biased, just too many wrong calls. And how the !@$% can Paige Bueckers score 30 points and not take a single free throw until 11 seconds left? Also odd that the announcers never mentioned Naji being out with an injury. Not to make any excuses, but isn't that a relevent fact to be pointed out?
Nah, she just wears her emotions on her sleeve. She gets so down on herself whenever she struggles to score and hadn't discovered yet by impacting a game in other aspects such as getting steals, giving assists, or blocking shots will help to compensate when her shot isn't there.
