I finally pull the pin on a color for the LX thanks to all you guys for your suggestions. VERY HAPPY with the outcome so far, using all PROTEC paints, primers and clears. thanks to All type paints Salisbury. starting to shape up now!
Great call on the colour mate, that Valencia definitely wasn't vibrant enough to hang with the other 2 tough torry's. Now it will fit the line up just nicely! Need a Turismo Blue next, shed will look like a bowl of skittles! 😂
Perfect choice of colour! Especially to fit in with the green and yellow torries as well, just a suggestion if ya struggling to get a vid out one day I reckon a lot of people would be interested in a video covering the back story and specs of the lc and a video covering the same on the hatch and one on the vl, would all make good content
Thanks mate. He surprised me by laying on the Valencia but i sprayed the lonoranger, was lucky enough to only have a few small blemishes afterwards but really good results considering..
Good choice mate, there's an orange SLR getting around sunny coast , restored with fresh decals etc. You gonna whack a drop tank on her? 325s either side?
Im guessing you'll paint inside the rear spoiler silver ? I'm after a brake booster too for a LH though but single diaphragm would do me if you get offered one.. as im sure you will want the double diaphragm type...cheers.
@@Evans_Racing I’ll have a gander, i definately had one from my car and misplaced it when I needed it, so used a v8 VN and master instead, then found the orig torrie one later again…
Are you going to do the A9X blackouts, or SL/R 5000 blackouts? I personally would do the SL/R 5000 as it's more of a standout paint scheme especially with the lone oranger colour.
@@Evans_Racing It will have a lot of orange looking at the side of the car, the black on the bottom with the SL/R 5000 contrasts against the orange. Either way, you've picked the better of the Torana colours "Orange". 😉😁
