Our first ever UK tour was a blast! And all shows were completely Sold Out! For our West Midlands show on our recent UK tour, we asked our friend, Kevin Bartlett to join us for our encore of “Paint It Black” (Rolling Stones). We’ve collaborated with Kev several times virtually, but never in person. This video is from our first-ever time playing live with Kev! This first run-through (shortly before our show) was filmed spur-of-the-moment by our mom on our phone. She was taking photos at the same time with her other hand, so the video quality isn’t the best. However, we hope you enjoy being up close and personal for this first ever run-through of “Paint It Black” with Kev! We even included some fun clips of our ending attempts at the end of the video.

Oh man, this is a great clip but really, it just makes me want to hear this one live again SOOO much :) I'm so jealous of everyone who got to hear it live with Kevin drumming, that was surely a special show. Thanks for sharing, and for the smile with the extra "ending attempts".

Axel Axis you`ve got NO chance. Kev is a very experienced Drummer. playing with Sonic Boom band and Eumeria. I played Drums back in the 70`s and 80`s all over the UK. The Drums were toned down so they did`nt over power the Harps. I was there and it sounded GREAT.

Try listening to his Enter Sandman with the Twins. He`s playing to the Twins interpretation NOT COPYING someone else`s rhythm.

What is so adorable about twins, growing up together...is to see how when "nature" (genes), and nurture (external conditions), align, then there so many "alignments" and similarities...(same in my case...)...i guess this is more so, if the twins are loveable...as here...❤🙏🌈)

Absolutely awesome,girls!,this sounds really great with the percussion,always nice to try something different!,glad you got the end sorted after a few attempts!,everytime i hear this song i think of the Netley concert as i so wanted you to play it and it was a fantastic end to the best show ever!,love seeing these behind the scenes videos.

Have you made it back home yet? I love it when young and talented artists like you are on a breakout tour. It can be exhausting but it is well worth it. Playing the harp is so unusual these days so take full advantage of it. Original, rock, pop, religious, Celtic, etc. you do all of it well. Version #2 is my favorite.🎼🎫

Ladies; how did this escape my notice until right now? Fortunately, it came up on RU-vid auto-play right after your PBS Special preview. "Paint It Black" was one of the first covers of yours I ever saw. I shared it with my brother Tom right away, as The Rolling Stones are his All-Time #1 Band! Now I will share this with him ASAP. I have found another huge advantage of losing Facebook: Now I have more time to actually watch and listen to your videos, instead of spending too much time talking with people who are already your big fans. I love this; as it illustrates how much fun you have, and what very special lives you lead. Kudos and thanks to your dear mother for capturing this on film for posterity!

It does indeed get you. I am very thankful to my mother who loved to watch the old I Love Lucy Show. When they did their Hollywood season and meet up with Harpo Marx who played his harp I fell in love with that instrument. I had never seen the Marx brothers before but knew of them and whenever they were on I hoped he would perform. I had never heard anyone who could play like him till I heard the ladies. Of course their style is very different but the music is still so sweet.

Next time you come back to the Midlands, I recommend contacting Coventry Cathedral. Not only does the newer Cathedral have great acoustics, but the ruins of the original (bombed in WW2) would be a great backdrop for a video.

There was a TV show when I was a kid, you might not have been Harpets yet. It was called " Tour of Duty". The show used " Paint it Black" as it's theme.

That was the concert I had everything arranged for travelling to, until I had rapid travel of a different kind to Addenbrooke's hospital under "blues and twos", where I was stuck for the whole of your UK tour :( So tantalising, yet so great to catch a glimpse of it. Gutted at missing it all, and I hope you'll be back as soon as possible, and that my health will allow me to come and meet you. At least I'm largely recovered, and now at home with a care package largely in place. The only thing that could make it better is if you could find some way to tour with your acoustic concert harps, but I don't even dare imagine how complex that would be. You'd probably need Bruce Dickinson as a tour coordinator! If my health ever allows me to travel to the US again I will be certain to make every attempt to reach one of your shows there, but I fear that is unlikely (with my health record the travel insurance would probably cost more than the flights). I can dream though, and just maybe my health will improve.
