Good to hear you sir. Iqbal sb no doubt was a marvelous poet . Yes but allow me to refer to an established truth that Dr Iqbal was influenced to the unmatched depths by Rumi. In Javednama, he advises his son saying that if he doesn't find anything useful, do attach with Rumi as Rumi only knows the difference between reality and the mere appearance of things. Dr sb critics firmly , based on research propound the thesis that Iqbal sb is sheer expansion of Rumi. One lady of Lahore college for women, Madam Samina too holds this opinion . With due reverence for Dr Iqbal sb and accepting your right of expression of saying whatever you want to share, I do reserve the right to pinpoint that while appreciating the contribution of Dr sb on premise of Being, and other aspects of Ontological realms, you should hv referred to Maulana Rumi as Dr Iqbal borrowed these august thoughts from Rumi , inter alia, other philosophers. Academic discourses need to be all encompassing , otherwise such an endavour falls in domain of emotionalism.
