Hi Dernify, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment, and the question, i really appreciate :) It's also nice to hear you love my art work :) Yes i'm warming the paint up as it was only 2 degrees when i did the live stream.
Hi Jon. I have just started painting like this. I'm using Montana Gold with stock caps. I'm getting spitting all over my pictures and it's ruining them. Do you think it's the cold that is causing it? (I do it in a marquee in my garden and the cans are kept outside. Please keep doing these videos, you are the most talented of all I watch.
Hi Dooohicky, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment, great feedback, and the question, i really appreciate :) If the cans are too cold they wont work as well and will spray the paint out more like tiny dots or spit a lot, I have found that the gold stock caps spit a bit even when warmed up, that is why i swoop them for a skinny cap, then the spitting issue stops for me, hope this helps :)
I watch several different painting channels, and they most commonly use glossy poster board (card). Canvases are a bit more expensive and require the use of more paint or need priming, but still work well.
Hi Ellony, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment and the question, i really appreciate :) Canvas or glossy paper/card will work fine for space painting, i use them both, just depends what i fancy using when i'm painting a painting :)
Hi Ellony, Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment and the question, i really appreciate :) The last thing i sprayed on the painting was a clear spray paint called clear coat, hope this helps :)
Hi Nitro, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment and the question, i really appreciate :) My preferred cap is a skinny cap :)
