Painting a Moonlit Landscape-Part One 

This series of videos will follow the progress of creating an oil painting of a backyard landscape I discovered late one night: the full moon casting a spectacular shadow of a big maple tree on freshly fallen snow. Part One describes the composition I chose, and the first layers of underpainting.
