Yes it will. All the paints I use are totally permanent on the fabrics - they have to be so I can make them into quilts :)

Yes, but you don't want to get the Gel Press HOT - so if you hold it away. I just try to practice patience :)

The longer you leave the fabric down the more paint it will pull up.

You can heat set the fabric but it’s not absolutely necessary because in the process of making your quilt, you will also be ironing it quite often so he said or not this is not gonna wash away from the fabric😀
