1) tape 2) scuff the area you want to paint 3) adhesion promoter primer (optional but it makes the filler primer sticks better to plastic) 4) filler primer..three coats, start light to medium to full coverage don’t go overboard 5) sand filler primer 6) re tape! very important 7) gloss white or whatever color three coats same coats as filler primer 8) clear coat same as coats as filler primer
@@ChrisKheluram so 400 grit before adhesion promoter. spray adhesion promoter. then spray primer. and then 400 grit again? and then spray paint, and spray clear coat. oh and was one can of each product enough? could you have sprayed more?
My fsport is actually ultra white so a rustoleum gloss white 2x ultra cover works great.. if your car is diamond white pearl the gloss white will be way too bright and won’t have any type of pearlescent in it. So if You know or find out your paint code and get a spray paint from automotive touch up with that color code and see if that works and always use 2k clear it’s expensive but worth every damn drip
