I recommend whenever painting something dark first give it a coat of white and then pink, it will take you less layers to get it more saturated

i recommend priming with something like modge podge instead of clear nail polish because clear nail polish can crack and yellow overtime! but really a pretty and cute idea, i love the colours

I was thinking of doing this with my keyboard, but after seeing how it ends up looking from up close with acrylic paint, I think I'll end up going for spray. And because my handwriting is awful, I might consider printing the letters on stickers and then applying a clear coat over it or something. Still a pretty neat video and cool result for something relatively easy to do.

Hi :) I know you didn’t ask for tips and I hope this doesn’t come off as rude , I truly don’t mean for it to sound rude at all :) but if you’re gonna re paint it, put a layer of Acrylic Gesso on before you put the colored paint so you don’t have to do as many layers. When you use the Gesso, it makes whatever you’re painting , like a clean slate. Instead of painting directly on the factory finished paint of the product💕💕

omg thank you,now i'm really sure i can customize my keyboards cuz none on the online shop sell a keycaps for like a membrane type cuz mostly it's for mechanical(+) *and if i wanna have one of the keycaps having like a mini character figure....i can just glue it on and hoping it works 😅 *btw love your vids 💖

I was in the same boat as you regarding mechanical keyboards, most of them use the ANSI keyboard Layout which skips Nordic keys/Swedish/keycaps, however, there’s a keyboard layout called “Swerty”, which uses the ANSI layout but is configured for the Nordic letters. I’ve found it works really well for me and has allowed me to purchase the right keyboards for me..

Should've started with a white base then you'd have to paint less layers, or better acrylics. Walmart acrylics are opaque.

Varias veces probé usar Nail Polish like a primer, pero dura muy poco y las cosas en las que lo he usado se han Descascarado, es horrible, yo lo cambiaría por barníz al agua, como el que se usa para las pinturas acrílicas

Ok but damn you have 10000 IQ with the washi tape, never saw someone using it to do that, I sadly don't have a gaming pc but I have a Xbox and monitor, which I will do the same thing with the washi tape around the monitor (cause its boring black border) Best idea ever♡

She did such a good job. I suggest that you get a key cap removal tool because the way you did that could have ruined the key caps and maybe destroy the switches.
