A video I'd REALLY love to see from you is how you find reliable/reputable/quality/non-price-gouging contractors for all the different aspects of home builds (from the land prep, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, dry wall, painting, etc etc) - especially if you're switching contractors from project to project based on their availability, time constraints/scheduling conflicts, etc?
Play that long game boss. Worth 265k now, 500k in 30 years when your kids take it over. Plus rent goes up so that 200 you keep monthly will be 500 in 5-10year.
