@2:50 unless it was already planned to cut and polish the factory clear on the rest of the car....(not recommended, makes it too thin) Then the skill of the painter comes in at matching the factory texture on the car, without having to cut & Polish. 👌 And yall still wet sanding by hand?? Huge productivity loss 💸 3M Trizact on a fine 3/32 orbit D.A with a stiff interface pad and you get that orange peel flat in 1/3rd of the time, dry with no mess. The rest is just 3k damp then polish.
